Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your jewelry is defective, we will send you a new package completely free of charge, and you can keep your original order!

Not satisfied with the size? Don't like the colors? No worries!
Contact our customer service at info@molinemarche.com to initiate the exchange process. We will provide you with the address of one of our offices based on your location, and our team will take care of sending you the correct jewelry.
Once we receive your returned package, we’ll send you an email with updates on your case. You can expect to receive your new shipping number within 3-5 business days.
Refunds
